The only negative is that we had a party of six that couldn't seem to find the tour's very bright orange umbrella EXACTLY where directions indicated and we started 15 min late. Our guide found the group just sitting on a bench. That inconvenience cost us time in the gorgeous Santiago Cathedral. Our guide was very careful to count us at each stop!”
